Spa Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

- Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional spa experience.
- Manage the spa's budget and financial performance, optimizing resources and controlling costs.
- Collaborate with the management team.
- Monitor and maintain the spa's inventory, ensuring an adequate supply of products and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new treatments, and techniques, and introduce innovative ideas to enhance the spa's offerings.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

General requirement :
- Has experience minimum of 1–2 years
